Moët & Chandon possesses one of the most prestigious collections of rare vintages in Champagne. The House’s 63rd vintage, Grand Vintage Collection 1995 is reputed for its exceptional balance of maturity and freshness.

On the nose, hints of apricot, mandarin orange and spice bread. On the palate, Grand Vintage Collection 1995, reveals a remarkable balance of intensity and depth. The fruit is long, tender and warm, with brioche and ripe pear notes completing the more floral notes of almond and citrus.

The initial acidity of the 1995 develops into a fresh finishing of candied mandarin and clementine.

Assemblage:

Pinot Noir 50%, Chardonnay 40%, Pinot Meunier 10%.
